Welcome to DPFemu.com. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

• The website DPFemu.com is operated by UAB Autobaitas.
• All content, products, and services on this site are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Pricing and Availability

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices, item availability, and product specifications at any time without prior notice.
• If an item is out of stock after payment, we will contact you to offer a refund, replacement, or estimated wait time.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders are accepted via our website.
• Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• A flat shipping fee of $50 USD applies to all orders, regardless of location.

• We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs for oversized or bulk items, or remote delivery areas.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, which are classified as electronic hardware, all sales are final. Items are non-refundable unless they are defective or non-functional upon delivery.

If a product is found to be defective, the customer must notify us in writing within 7 business days of receiving the item. Please include:

• Customer name

• Order number

• Product name

• Description of the issue

Once confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was shipped in error or proven defective.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item and issued only to the original payment account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Warranty

• All products sold by Autobaitas come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use.

  The warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Physical or water damage

  • Misuse or unauthorized modifications

  To request warranty service, please contact us at Support@DPFemu.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

• DPFemu is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control (force majeure).

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Lithuanian legislation.
