We follow the Minister of Economy Order No. 217 (June 29, 2001) regarding the return and exchange of goods.

If you received defective or poor-quality goods, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund, as per the law.

To return an item:

Notify us within 7 working days of delivery by sending an email to robertas@autobaitas.lt.
Please include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- The order number
- A list of items you wish to return
- The reason for the return

Returns without prior written notice may not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💰 Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Funds will be transferred only to the original payer’s bank account as indicated in the return form.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders paid before 12:00 PM on a working day are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped within 2–5 business days.

Defective or incorrect items can be returned within 7 business days of receiving the order.
