Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
A flat shipping fee of $50 USD applies to all orders, regardless of location.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs for oversized or bulk items, or remote delivery areas.
Due to the nature of our products, which are classified as electronic hardware, all sales are final. Items are non-refundable unless they are defective or non-functional upon delivery.
If a product is found to be defective, the customer must notify us in writing within 7 business days of receiving the item. Please include:
Customer name
Order number
Product name
Description of the issue
Once confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was shipped in error or proven defective.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item and issued only to the original payment account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All products sold by Autobaitas come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
Incorrect installation
Physical or water damage
Misuse or unauthorized modifications

Please ensure that you select the correct product before completing your order.
DPFemu is not responsible if a customer orders the wrong item.
Returns or refunds for incorrectly ordered products will not be accepted unless the item is defective.
